Each courier is a strip on the day’s time scale. The thick line is what is done; the circles ahead are the next addresses with arrival times. If Narek cannot make 16:28, his strip turns red and the dispatcher calls first.

The map answers “where”, the strips answer “when”. In the console they share one screen.

The courier’s screen shows one next stop

The address, the recipient’s directions, how much cash to collect and a button for the navigation app they already use. The rest of the run is below, if needed.

At the door the courier confirms the handover with a photo, the recipient’s name or a code. On a weak signal everything waits on the phone and goes out when the network is back.

Couriers join with an invitation link from the dispatcher, no password. Off shift, the app does not track location.

Recipients see your service, not ours

The dispatcher sends the recipient the link from the order. The page carries your logo and colour, the arrival time and the pickup code, and the courier’s phone if you turn it on. It shows no other addresses and no route history, and the link can be revoked from the order.

Cash stays cash

Cash on delivery is an amount on the order. The courier takes drams at the door and records them in the app. At the end of the shift they hand the cash in, the dispatcher confirms, and the courier’s balance returns to zero.

At any moment you can see how much cash each courier holds.

Your own map, script and routes

Every address is stored as a point on the map and labelled in three languages. The console, the app and the recipient page switch between them; Armenian is the default.

Routes are calculated on our own servers from OpenStreetMap data, with no paid map services. In July 2026 a route was found for 20 of 20 tested pairs of Armenian cities, from Gyumri to Meghri.

The first two weeks are free on any plan. Payment is not connected yet: you pick a plan in the console and nothing is charged.

Prices are preliminary and may change before launch. Plan limits are not enforced yet.

There is no SMS gateway. The console prepares the message and the tracking link; the dispatcher copies them and sends them.
