What these terms cover
These terms cover this website and the public live demo of DeliveryFreedom. A commercial deployment is governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the demo to evaluate the product. Do not attack, overload or probe it, do not try to reach data that is not yours, and do not enter real personal data of other people.
Accounts
Demo accounts are provided for evaluation. Keep credentials private. Accounts and data in a demo can be reset or removed at any time.
Availability and no warranty
The website and demo are provided as they are, without a promise of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Route suggestions and ETAs are estimates and are not guaranteed optimal.
Map data
Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database Licence. Keep the attribution wherever the map is shown.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the demo or this website. The exact limits will be set after legal review.
Governing law
The governing law and the court with jurisdiction will be stated here once counsel has confirmed them. The expectation is the law of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
